"Giving Children a Living Chance" is both our theme and our conviction.
Children, especially the ones in developing countries are the most vulnerable of all. They are subject to constant threats of hunger, abuse, disease, war, natural disaster and death. We focus the most deprived and disadvantaged children who "fall between the cracks", ending up neglected by their communities. By "Giving Children a Living Chance", youngsters in need can have a future worth looking forward to.

The accident last year has not deterred WERHK from continuing its efforts to help deprived children in Inner Mongolia. A WERHK Volunteer Care Team returned to Inner Mongolia in May, 2009. Through different activities and home visits, which conveyed support and care that encouraged them to build up self-respect and positive outlook, we could also re-examine the needs of the children.
