Fundraising Manager

Job Description

Reports to: Director of Operations - S.E. Asia

Job Function:

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Operations, the Fundraising Manager manages the implementation of all corporate fundraising programs and activities for WERHK.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, design and development of corporate fundraising programs
  • Initiate contacts with corporate donors and invite corporate to participate in fundraising programs
  • Establish and maintain working relationship with corporate donors
  • Participate in the research and development for potential corporate donors
  • Manage and maintain the corporate donors database
  • Assist in the preparation of publicity materials, and reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently
  • Good command of both spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Chinese word processing
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate events and promotion activities.
  • Creative, flexible and self-motivated
  • Degree holder, minimum 3 years working experience in marketing, customer service, public relations preferred
