Fundraising Manager
Job Description
Reports to: Director of Operations - S.E. Asia
Job Function:
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Operations, the Fundraising Manager manages the implementation of all corporate fundraising programs and activities for WERHK.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design and development of corporate fundraising programs
- Initiate contacts with corporate donors and invite corporate to participate in fundraising programs
- Establish and maintain working relationship with corporate donors
- Participate in the research and development for potential corporate donors
- Manage and maintain the corporate donors database
- Assist in the preparation of publicity materials, and reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently
- Good command of both spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer skills, including Chinese word processing
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate events and promotion activities.
- Creative, flexible and self-motivated
- Degree holder, minimum 3 years working experience in marketing, customer service, public relations preferred
